Over the years, Sierra Air Conditioning & Heating has dedicated itself to assisting the residents of Southern Nevada with their HVAC needs. However, Team Sierra has always pledged itself to being actively involved in helping the community and its organizations.

Build Strong Hearts Virtual 5K

In the past year, our team has become a staunch supporter for Adam’s Place. This community organization provides support groups and education for children, teens, and families who are coping with the loss of a loved one. Their dedication to the community has expanded in the past year to partner with school programs in order to provide a safe place for our community’s children to deal with grief in a healthy way. They have provided the community with camps and workshop sessions, which have since COVID-19 gone virtual.

This is also the first year that Adam’s Place will host their first annual Build Strong Hearts Virtual 5K run, which will take place November 14th at 8:30AM. Team Sierra is proud to call Adam’s Place a community partner and we are honored to help their cause.

She was so very nice and polite on the phone with me. She was very professional. When the service tech Zachary R. arrived he introduced himself and asked me if there were any problems. He was very kind and listened to what I had to say. He asked me to show him around so he knew where he was going to be working. He performed his service in a very professional manner. I was very impressed with his knowledge and how he explained the work that was done on my system. This is the kind of service that I look for in a company and Sierra Air has that service. I have been dealing with them for three years now and would not have anyone else to service my system.”

    “Matt showed up today to help me with a balance air problem for our new inside and outside unit. He was told my problem and promptly went to work at correctly it. I ask him how he was familiar with air balancing? He told me his education back ground in the field and all the extra classes he has taken to get to where he is today. I knew I was in good hands. He also ended up doing my season checkup and with the weather we are having not to soon for me! He will have to order some parts but because the unit is so new it is a minor and no charge to us. He talked to his supervisor and said they would do it as soon as the parts get in! The bottom line is my happiness! I have so much trust and faith in Sierra that I know everything they do and tell me is what needs to be done. After years of doing business with them off and on I choose to stay with them as some others who just take advantage of folks. This company is honest.”

    “Sierra Air and Jason Thack (30 years’ experience) are the BEST in Las Vegas area. First of all, my AC stopped working at about 4p on a Friday and to make matters worse, I live in a manufactured home and there are essentially, only 2 companies licensed to work on manufactured homes. I was very pleasantly surprised when the dispatcher, Michelle called and set up the service call last night and I asked about the service contract they offered on their website if I would be able to apply the reduced discounts and benefits to being a member for this repair job and the answer YES. I was told to expect a call from dispatcher about 30-45 min before they would arrive (between 8a-10a) and at 715a, they called to say he was on the way. He arrived at 8a and within 10 minutes, had diagnosed the broken fan motor....by 9a, had cool air blowing through the vents and he went ahead and did the 'spring' maintenance on the unit. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I was expecting a big $$ amt, being the weekend and July in Las Vegas and, all total work done including parts and warranties came to $1000....that included changing 3 capacitors to eliminate a near-future service call or two. I am grateful, cooled off in my house, and would highly recommend these folks (who discuss actual fees and costs PRIOR to any work being done).”

  • Excellent customer service and professionalism

    “I am so glad I contacted Sierra. They save me $10K. I originally contact Elite Heating and Cooling and they wanted to replace my entire furnace, coils and condenser in my air conditioner. When all I need done was the motor replaced in my furnace (less than $300). The part was still under warranty so I only had to pay for the installation. I'm so grateful to Sierra (Matt) for being COMPLETELY honest and not trying to sale me something I don't need. Excellent customer service and professionalism. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.”
