Community Involvement

Over the years, Sierra LLC Air Conditioning & Heating has dedicated itself to assisting the residents of Southern Nevada with their HVAC needs. However, Team Sierra has always pledged itself to being actively involved in helping the community and its organizations.

Build Strong Hearts Virtual 5K

In the past year, our team has become a staunch supporter for Adam’s Place. This community organization provides support groups and education for children, teens, and families who are coping with the loss of a loved one. Their dedication to the community has expanded in the past year to partner with school programs in order to provide a safe place for our community’s children to deal with grief in a healthy way. They have provided the community with camps and workshop sessions, which have since COVID-19 gone virtual.

This is also the first year that Adam’s Place will host their first annual Build Strong Hearts Virtual 5K run, which will take place November 14th at 8:30AM. Team Sierra is proud to call Adam’s Place a community partner and we are honored to help their cause.

She was so very nice and polite on the phone with me. She was very professional. When the service tech Zachary R. arrived he introduced himself and asked me if there were any problems. He was very kind and listened to what I had to say. He asked me to show him around so he knew where he was going to be working. He performed his service in a very professional manner. I was very impressed with his knowledge and how he explained the work that was done on my system. This is the kind of service that I look for in a company and Sierra Air has that service. I have been dealing with them for three years now and would not have anyone else to service my system.”

    “Matt arrived on time as promised. Office called 30 minutes ahead to let me know that he was on his way. Very polite and efficient. Matt did the spring-summer system inspection. New system was installed last year - September so we are still on our maintenance contract for another year. I plan to renew when the current contract is up.”

    “Since we moved into our new house we have heard a noise . At really odd times, so bad my daughter would be kept awake. During the day I had thought the banging was the homes being built, I notified our builders supervisor to make an appointment for a warranty call. I think he thinks we were hearing things. Tony came out this morning and listened to us, then went above and beyond to find the problems. In this heat he went in the attic, and he found a long metal tube left over from construction which was part of the problem, then he tightened everything and insulated to make sure we have no more banging. We give him an A plus, plus. Also Yvonne in the call center was great communicating with us. I would highly recommend Sierra and their customer service. Especially Tony.”
