I ask him how he was familiar with air balancing? He told me his education back ground in the field and all the extra classes he has taken to get to where he is today. I knew I was in good hands. He also ended up doing my season checkup and with the weather we are having not to soon for me! He will have to order some parts but because the unit is so new it is a minor and no charge to us.
