Did you know that if you are a homeowner and you purchased an HVAC Energy Star product, you may be able to receive a tax credit up to 10% of the cost up to $500? According to the IRS, all homeowners can obtain this credit, regardless of income level. Check out the guidelines below to see if you qualify for a tax rebate on your new Home Comfort System.     “Matt showed up today to help me with a balance air problem for our new inside and outside unit. He was told my problem and promptly went to work at correctly it. I ask him how he was familiar with air balancing? He told me his education back ground in the field and all the extra classes he has taken to get to where he is today. I knew I was in good hands. He also ended up doing my season checkup and with the weather we are having not to soon for me! He will have to order some parts but because the unit is so new it is a minor and no charge to us. He talked to his supervisor and said they would do it as soon as the parts get in! The bottom line is my happiness! I have so much trust and faith in Sierra that I know everything they do and tell me is what needs to be done. After years of doing business with them off and on I choose to stay with them as some others who just take advantage of folks. This company is honest.”

Darren the owner has always been fair and willing to discuss any issue or question I've had throughout the years. I started with the Honeywell Electrostatic Filters in the attic of my second & third house and currently have the Lennox Air Purification System. On Nov 4th, 2016 Zachary the service technician was incredibly thorough and I forgot at times he was in the house as I went along my daily business.....and yes, Nikole D called the day prior and 45 minutes prior to Zachery's arriving providing exceptional customer service by keeping me informed without disrupting an entire 4 hour window of my day! THANK YOU....Sierra Air is the BEST COMPANY in Clark County in my opinion.”

    “I am impressed with Sierra Air. I have received service twice from their company. I appreciate the care they take in your home--wearing shoe covers and placing a drop cloth on the flooring before setting their ladder down. (And they bring their own ladder! I've actually had an HVAC technician ask to borrow one :) Tim D was extremely polite and professional. He was patient in taking the time to discover the problem I had called about. 'Cause wouldn't you know, the sounds I had been hearing weren't happening when he got there. He really took the time to figure out what might be causing the concern I had. I'm glad he didn't give up because he finally got to hear what I had been talking about. He had assured me that the problem we were having would be resolved that day. He also addressed another smaller concern. And he gave me tips on setting my thermostats and the types of filters I should use. Give Tim a bonus! :)”
