Today, my technicians Wayne and Dan did an excellent job on the maintenance of my units (I have 7) Dan even took the time to draw a diagram for me to show how my system works. Everything checked out fine, except for a minor thing. But Sierra has been doing my bi -yearly maintenance for about 5 years now which I truly believe helps to extend the life of my systems.     “Matt showed up today to help me with a balance air problem for our new inside and outside unit. He was told my problem and promptly went to work at correctly it. I ask him how he was familiar with air balancing? He told me his education back ground in the field and all the extra classes he has taken to get to where he is today. I knew I was in good hands. He also ended up doing my season checkup and with the weather we are having not to soon for me! He will have to order some parts but because the unit is so new it is a minor and no charge to us. He talked to his supervisor and said they would do it as soon as the parts get in! The bottom line is my happiness! I have so much trust and faith in Sierra that I know everything they do and tell me is what needs to be done. After years of doing business with them off and on I choose to stay with them as some others who just take advantage of folks. This company is honest.”

I'm trying to think of something that didn't go as promised but I can't. They responded to my emergency immediately, diagnosed the problem, explained what had to be done, then did it. Jeremy, who installed my new water heater, explained everything in terms I could understand, was thorough, courteous, laid plastic on the marble floors to make sure there weren't any scratches, and was an absolute gentleman. The price was fair and I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire process. These people obviously have pride in what they do. I would recommend them without hesitation.”

  • I signed up for another year of service maintenance with Lou today so that I can continue getting the best Air Conditioning and Heating service Las Vegas has to offer. It gives me great comfort to be a part of Sierra Care.

    “Once again Luis Rivera has exceeded my expectations. During my Air Conditioning service appointment he taught me how to check my condenser "receive" and "return" pipes so that I can ensure the system is functioning properly. And while Jacob, his partner on this trip, checked the attic for battery strength (all were strong) and potential vent leaks (there were none) and cleaned my drip pan of any potential rust to ensure no rusty air in the return air, Luis conditioned the outside fan/condenser unit so that it literally gleamed like brand new. Lou always takes the time to describe why things happen the way they do. Today when I had a question about noise on startup he described how the unit I have is very high efficiency and that their are circular plates in the motor housing that keep that gassy part of the refrigerant separated from the liquid refrigerant. He told me that on startup and shutoff these plates make a little extra noise so that the gas and liquid do not comingle. It is wonderful to have such a knowledgeable and caring service person. Lou treats me like a member of the family. I signed up for another year of service maintenance with Lou today so that I can continue getting the best Air Conditioning and Heating service Las Vegas has to offer.
