POSITION: Customer Service Representative

Come and interview with us today! Busy HVAC company in Las Vegas is looking for a friendly, motivated customer service representative to help serve our growing client base. We always strive to treat our clients like family. We are looking for someone who loves helping people, wants to be part of a team, and can smile through the phone. Flexible hours are available – weekends, evenings. No HVAC experience necessary – we will train you. Bilingual a plus but not required.

  • Effectively manage incoming and outbound calls
  • Scheduling service visits
  • Ordering parts/data entry
  • Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Review or make changes to customer accounts
  • Provide information about our products and services
