POSITION: In-Store Lead Generator

We are currently hiring lead generators for Lowe’s. In case you’re unfamiliar with what that position is and how it works, it’s fairly simple:

In order for us to sell heating and air conditioning through Lowe’s, we hire “lead generators” to work inside the stores at either a table or kiosk/endcap. Their responsibility is to engage in conversations with customers and ask qualifying questions to determine their air conditioning needs/wants. The idea in the store is to help the customer understand how the sales process works and the goal is to get the customer’s name, address and phone number so our office can call them to schedule an in-home estimate. Lead generators earn a competitive hourly wage and there is a bonus plan for leads that result in full system sales. We offer full and part time, paid training, 401k, health insurance, a safe and drug-free workplace and commission opportunities.

To be considered, lead generators must meet the following criteria

  • Must be friendly and outgoing.
  • Lead generators work during normal store hours as early as 9am and as late as 8:30pm.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be available for weekends and holidays (Lowe’s is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas)
  • Must have reliable transportation as we have several locations across the valley and you may be asked to work at any location.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to pass drug test
  • Training is provided so experience is not required, although some customer service/sales background is preferred
