COVID-19 Precautions

Sierra Air Conditioning & Heating is considered an essential business and will remain open.

We are taking the following precautions to limit exposure to the virus for you, your family, our team, and their families:

  • We are insisting that a team member with any symptoms of any respiratory illness or fever stay home and not return to work until cleared by a physician.
  • We are instructing all team members to wash hands multiple times each day and we are making that possible by placing soap and water in all service vehicles.
  • Before entering your home, each technician will wash his/her hands with soap and water, wear a new pair of disposable gloves, and new pair of disposable shoe covers.
  • We are canceling service calls to homes where someone is quarantined, has any symptoms of a respiratory illness, or has a fever.

Sierra Air Conditioning & Heating is all about keeping your home safe. We were doing that years before anyone had heard of the Coronavirus, and we will be doing it once the Coronavirus threat has ended.

While we are 100 percent convinced our great nation will effectively deal with this virus, the prudent thing for all of us is follow the advice of health officials.

When all I need done was the motor replaced in my furnace (less than $300). The part was still under warranty so I only had to pay for the installation.     “Since we moved into our new house we have heard a noise . At really odd times, so bad my daughter would be kept awake. During the day I had thought the banging was the homes being built, I notified our builders supervisor to make an appointment for a warranty call. I think he thinks we were hearing things. Tony came out this morning and listened to us, then went above and beyond to find the problems. In this heat he went in the attic, and he found a long metal tube left over from construction which was part of the problem, then he tightened everything and insulated to make sure we have no more banging. We give him an A plus, plus. Also Yvonne in the call center was great communicating with us. I would highly recommend Sierra and their customer service. Especially Tony.”
